Here, students will be able to access a variety of resources that will assist them in learning Spanish. Included are web sites, verb conjugtion tables, learning tips, how to set up your computer for Spanish, and more.

Movies in Watebury Center (also known as Cena y Cine):
Our Beginning 2 and higher level classes include our movie series, also known as Cena y Cine. Movies with Spanish dialogue (typically acclaimed foreign films) will be shown at Spanish in Waterbury Center during each session. Quite simply, we'll watch a movie and then talk about it - all in Spanish. This provides a great opportunity for students to enjoy a movie while supplementing their class work with dialogue comprehension and most importantly, conversation during the discussion. Students also learn about the hispanic culture of other countries. As with our classes, we keep the group size small so everyone can participate in a relaxed, personal setting. Details will be announced soon after the beginning of the class session. The movie series is optional and not a required part of the classes. During spring and summer sessions, we may hold a student fiesta instead of a movie, so as to take advantage of nice weather.
